Main Responsibilities：
●  Review and analyze input from design consultants.
●  Ability to organize and streamline internal design review packages.
●  Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural and interior projects.
●  Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications
●  Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.
●  Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing, including floor plans, elevations, sections, MEP and FF&E.
●  Responsible for producing architectural working drawings including all details for architectural and interior projects.
●  Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
●  Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of same, including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing as-built documents.

Requirement (Education, Experience, Knowledge)：
●  Degree in Interiors or Architecture or Design related discipline.
●  Have a good knowledge of the various project scopes including but not limited to CSA, Interior design, detailed and construction details, material specifications and BoQ.
●  Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of relevant PRC regulations. architectural conventions, including floor plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and millwork.
●  At least 3 years of experience in residential or commercial projects.
●  Proficient in CAD softwares ; AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, MS office.
